Khush Cooper is a graduate of UCLA School of Public Affairs’ doctoral program in Social Work. She is a teacher, public speaker, social scientist, certified mediator, and behavior modification specialist and she has considerable assessment and intervention experience with individuals and groups in organizational and therapeutic settings. Her primary focus is on non profit administration, motivation, quality and communication systems, research and analysis, evaluation, and diversity and cultural issues, including analysis of socio-economic policies, service delivery systems and evidence-based practices.

Rachel White is a graduate of Pepperdine University’s Presidential and Key Executive MBA Program. Her primary focus is on leadership and strategy, measurement and accountability, organizational transformation, organizational governance, and business development including fundraising. Ms. White has been recognized nationally by the US Department of Commerce for her leadership and transition management expertise, having lead one of the most successful US business turnarounds of the 1990s.
